I thought that I had something wrong with either my file server, the SAN, or my VDI implementation--things usually seem to run just fine, but I did some file copies to my My Documents folder today and they took forever.
Turns out I had AD setup wrong and DFS was connecting me to a file server across the WAN (connected at 3mb). Wow, this is so much faster now...
